Description: Proposed central Entrance to the dwelling with a double height Hallway and dormer window above creating drama upon entry. Second story extension above the garage and the roof to be lifted slightly for the allowance of two extra bedrooms and a study. Single storey rear extension developing a generously sized open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining space. The projects aesthetic takes on a contemporary New England style approach emphasising symmetry and materiality.
