Description: Proposed new entrance at the front of the dwelling creating a corridor from the front to the back of the house, framing views of the back garden and providing natural light throughout. The proposals include a rear extension creating a more practical, free flowing kitchen, dining and living space. Alongside the front entrance is a proposed tandem garage and second story extension providing two additional bedrooms. Planning permission has now been granted for this project.
